Breakfast just got a whole lot better. This Broccoli-Cheddar Frittata is warm, cheesy, and packed with nutrition — high in protein, low in fat, and heart-healthy in every bite. Broccoli, carrots, aged cheddar, and a touch of Dijon mustard come together in a dish that feels indulgent but works hard for your health.
It’s the kind of breakfast that keeps you full and energized all morning — perfect for seniors who want to start the day right without spending an hour in the kitchen.
Nutrition tip: Using liquid egg substitute significantly reduces cholesterol while keeping all the protein — ideal for seniors managing heart health. This frittata stores well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheats easily in the microwave.
