Meals Delivered to Your Door
Once you’ve determined your eligibility, you’re ready to schedule your first order with Ahlers Meals. Our program is designed to help make scheduling simple for clients and our team. The process can be completed in three easy steps:
1. Discuss your meal options with our Consumer Intake Specialist. We’ll give you a call to discuss your meal preferences and walk you through the ordering/delivery process.
2. Accept your delivery from one of our drivers. Deliveries are scheduled on a specific day that’s most convenient for you. At this time, you can give our delivery driver any necessary paperwork you may need to turn in.
3. Store your meals and enjoy! Your delivery is expertly packed in a thermal cooler bag for freshness.
Each delivery requires your signature, ensuring your meals were received by you (or an approved caregiver) at your address. Upon arriving at your door, our driver can answer any questions you may have about your meals and the delivery process. Are you going out of town? No worries. Simply give us a call to cancel or reschedule your order.
Hand-Pick Your Meals
Each delivery comes with a full meal, complete with sides, that’s reviewed and approved by a registered dietitian. Clients can submit an order form online or print out the order form and hand it to their delivery driver when they arrive. Menu options include:

- Beverages
Orders can be modified as needed and tailored to meet specific dietary needs. We serve vegetarian, low-sodium, and sugar-free meals, as well as several other menu options from trusted brands found in your local grocery store. Designed to take the hassle out of shopping and meal prep, our menu options include frozen and shelf-stable varieties.
At Ahlers Meals, we understand that caring for a pet can also be a challenge for many of our clients. If you have a four-legged companion, we can deliver meals to them as well. Through our Ahlers Angels pet meal program, our valued clients can receive free cat and dog food for their furry friends with their regularly scheduled meal delivery.

We also offer a private pay option for individuals who do not qualify for funding.
